Dan Bewick: Music, Film
& Television Score Composer
From Cuban/English parentage and a classically trained
pianist from the age of 5,
Dan began his career sixteen years ago when he started
composing music for computer games on various different
platforms.During the 90s,
Dan collected 5 Platinum and 19 Gold discs, working
with artists such as Lisa Stansfield, David Bowie and
Jamariqui and specialising in the cross over dance market
of the time.
As a production and writing team, Dan and his then partner
Matt Frost, became a force to be reckoned with.Since
then, Dan has been composing music for film, TV and
advertising, and has worked on projects for the BBC,
Sky One, Flame Productions, Seimens, Peugeot, Fox Network,
24:25 Films, MTV , Carlsberg, and the Sci Fi Channel to name a few.
Dan has a fully equipped studio in West London. He works
best from picture, and has the ability to move any audience
with his music. From sweeping emotive rich strings to
pounding, earth shattering beats and dark brooding soundscapes
to smooth hip grinding grooves,
Dan has built himself a reputation as a professional, open
minded and original composer. At the end of 2004 he
completed composing the entire score on his first
feature film, 24:25s tragic epic No Place and is
currently working on 2007 productions for 24:25 , Mocking Bird Films, and Brootal Icon
as well as many advertisment campains and single releases.
